#1 Search Purchase Price List

The procedure of search purchase price lists has been performed in order to enable the user to search easily price lists, previously inserted, in order to view, to edit and to delete them or to insert a new price list, after having obtained the necessary user’s rights regarding these operations.

Thanks to filters it is possible to view: a price list (e.g. search per vendor), more price lists (e.g. search per date), price lists inserted for a certain vendor (e.g. search per account/detail account).

RIBBON BAR: it represents the Form menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions. The list of features is the following:

General

Function	Meaning
Search Price Lists	Button to search price lists on database.
New Price List	Button to create a new price list.
Edit Price List	Button to edit a previously inserted price list.
View Price List	Button to view previously inserted price lists. No modifications are allowed.
Delete Price List	Button to delete a previously inserted price list.
Currency Convert	Button for prices conversion of a price list to another currency.
Duplicate Price List	Button to create a new price list starting from a reference price list. There is a form where it is possible to change vendor, validity date from, validity date to and currency.

FILTER AREA: The filter area contains the list of the possible data types, thanks to which it is possible to perform a selection. Typically filters have always 'AND' condition and it is possible to specify more filter criteria at the same time.

RESULT GRID: The result grid represents the list of purchase price lists, which correspond to filter data above mentioned. After having specified values through which to obtain a researcg, the user, by clicking on the [Search] button on the related ribbon, will obtain the list of the desired price lists.
